Overview

The Process Overview report displays minute-by-minute historical information about the operation status of processes performed over the last hour. The information is displayed as a table and a line graph.

Field name

Explanation

Active System Processes

Number of active system processes. Displays 0 for the first real-time report.

Active User Processes

Number of active user processes. Displays 0 for the first real-time report.

On AIX and Linux, the total number of active system processes and user processes is displayed.

Active Users

Number of users who are executing processes counted as active system processes or user processes. Displays 0 for the first real-time report.

New Processes

Number of processes started. To calculate the difference from the previous process information, displays 0 for the first real-time report.

Processes

Number of processes in the system.

Runnable Processes

Number of runnable processes.

Sleeping Processes

Number of sleeping processes.

Stopped Processes

Number of stopped processes.

Swapped Processes

Number of swapped processes. From the process table, checks the number of processes that are not in the core.

Terminated Processes

Number of terminated processes. To calculate the difference from the previous process information, displays 0 for the first real-time report.

Zombie Processes

Number of zombie processes.
