An attempt to send a health check event has failed. The health check event will be re-sent when the next health check event occurs and at every collection interval of the health check agent. If the health check event is successfully resent, the KAVL15016-I message will be output.

service-ID indicates the service ID of the agent for which sending of the health check event failed.

health-check-status indicates the health check status of the health check event that was not successfully sent.

Check whether the PFM - Manager service is running. If it is not running, restart it. If it is running, resending the health check event will automatically correct the error.
