The number of times the health check process was repeatedly restarted exceeded the maximum limit.

Attempts to restart the health check process were performed because the health check process terminated abnormally, but the number of restart attempts exceeded the maximum limit. The health check process might have terminated abnormally immediately after starting. Note that the maximum limit is set to 5.

Stops the Agent Collector processing.

Check the message output to the system log or the common message log to determine the cause of the abnormal termination of the health check process, and then follow the instructions given in the message. If you are unable to determine the cause, collect maintenance information and contact the system administrator.
