This message is displayed because stop process is taking too long. Possible causes is that user execute jpcwstop command when operating PFM - Web Console.

In this case, the service will stop after displaying this message.

Please execute the jpcwstop command again for a while after putting time. It is not necessary to deal because it succeeds in the stop of service when the message of KAVJT5004-I is output. Please contact the system administrator when you cannot stop serving even if the jpcwstop command is executed again.
