An attempt to start the service has failed for the following reasons.

• The user does not have permission to start service. (UNIX only)

• The number of retries to check the service status reached the maximum number. (UNIX only)

• The service does not exist.

• The service is invalid.

• The application is not installed correctly.

• The files required for https communication are incorrect, or setup was not performed (only when the https communication function is enabled).

Stops execution of the command.

End code 4 is returned.

As for the start authority of the default of service, nobody/root is set for UNIX.

Please change User and Group of the /opt/jp1pcwebcon/CPSB/httpsd/conf/httpsd.conf file to the group to which users whom the system has other than root and the user belong, and execute the jpcwstart command again when failing because of this setting.

Still, when becoming the same error, contact the system administrator because the system environment is incorrect.

In UNIX, if a service takes a long time to start due to heavy load or other reasons, increase the maximum number of retries to check the service status, and then execute the jpcwstart command again.

For Windows, contact the system administrator because the system environment is incorrect.

If you are using the https communication function, make sure the required files are set up correctly.
