An attempt to update an alarm failed because there was no response from PFM-Manager.

Suspends processing.

Wait a while, and then perform update processing. If the problem persists, check the PFM-Manager service status.

If the alarm is bound to an agent, PFM-Manager might be in the Busy status because the agent service is not responding. Check the service status of the agent to which the alarm is bound.

You can update the alarm again by clicking the Finish button.
