An attempt to register an alarm failed because there was no response from PFM-Manager.

Wait a while, and then perform registration or settings. If the problem persists, check the PFM-Manager service status.

If the alarm is registered in the alarm tree, the action failed to be set. Set the action from the Edit menu.

If the alarm is not registered in the alarm tree, re-register the alarm.
