An attempt to change the bind settings of an alarm table for an agent has failed.
Possible causes are as follows:

The specified agent or alarm table has been deleted.

The response from PFM-Manager is taking too long, or PFM-Manager stopped.

Changes the bind settings only for agents whose settings can be changed, and then finishes processing.

Check the following:

Make sure that the alarm table and specified agent exist.

Wait a while, and then perform the bind settings of an alarm table. If the problem persists, check the PFM-Manager service status.
