Possible causes are as follows:

The specified agent or alarm table has been deleted.
The number of alarms binding an agent exceeded the maximum.
The specified agent does not support alarm notifications of state changes for each instance.

Changes the bind settings only for agents whose settings can be changed, and then finishes processing.

(O)

Perform the following:

Make sure that the alarm table and specified agent exist.
Check the agent bound to this alarm table, unbind or delete unnecessary alarms, and then try to change the bind settings of the alarm table again.
Check the version of the agent bound to this alarm table, and then try to change the bind settings of the alarm table again.
