An attempt to register the specified PFM - Agent to PFM - Manager has failed. The possible causes are as follows:

• The specified PFM - Agent is not included in PFM - Manager.

• The following files are missing or you do not have the permission to access the files

  When operating PFM - Manager on the physical host:

  • For Windows: installation-folder\mgr\manager\setagentlist.ini

  • For UNIX: /opt/jp1pc/mgr/manager/setagentlist.ini

  When operating PFM - Manager on the logical host:

  • For Windows: environment-directory\jp1pc\mgr\manager\setagentlist.ini

  • For UNIX: environment-directory/jp1pc/mgr/manager/setagentlist.ini

Check the following, and then re-execute the command:

• Whether the specified PFM - Agent has already been set up to PFM - Manager (check the release notes)

• Whether the setagentlist.ini file exists

• Whether you have permission to access the setagentlist.ini file

If the setagentlist.ini file does not exist, copy and rename the setagentlist.ini.model file as setagentlist.ini, and then re-register the agent to PFM - Manager.
