service-ID indicates the service ID of the Agent or Action Handler to which sending failed.

product-ID, alarm-table-name, and alarm-name respectively indicate the product ID, alarm table name, and alarm name of the action definition that was not successfully sent.

Suspends send processing.

Perform either of the following operations:

• Update the alarm indicated by alarm-name again.

• Restart the agent or Action Handler indicated by service-ID.
