service-ID indicates the service ID of the agent to which sending failed.

product-ID, alarm-table-name, and alarm-name respectively indicate the product ID, alarm table name, and alarm name of the alarm definition that was not successfully sent.

If an alarm table is bound to an agent, alarm-name becomes n/a.

If all alarm tables for an agent are unbound, both alarm-table-name and alarm-name become n/a.

Perform one of the following operations:

• Update the alarm indicated by alarm-name again.

• Bind the alarm tables to the agent indicated by service-ID again.

• Restart the agent indicated by service-ID.
