An attempt to create monitoring threads for collecting data from monitoring targets has failed. Data collection will be skipped.
record-name indicates the name of the record whose data collection was skipped. For collection-type, realtime will be displayed for realtime data, and historical will be displayed for historical data or alarm-monitoring data.

If this message is output frequently, there might be insufficient resources on the host running Remote Monitor. If you are unable to resolve the problem, collect maintenance information and then contact the system administrator.
