As generation of monitoring thread failed, data will be collected in degeneracy status (record=record-name, type=collection-type, planned=number-of-planned-threads, actual=number-of-generated-threads)
An attempt to create monitoring threads for collecting data from each monitoring target has partially failed. The data will be collected in a degenerated state.
record-name indicates the name of the record whose data collection was skipped. For collection-type, realtime will be displayed for realtime data, and historical will be displayed for historical data or alarm-monitoring data.

Continues to collect performance data by using the created monitoring threads. Collection of performance data might not be finished during the specified Collection Interval because it will take a longer time than the usual collection process.

If this message is output frequently, there might be insufficient resources on the host running Remote Monitor. If you are unable to resolve the problem, collect maintenance information and then contact the system administrator.
