Delete unnecessary files or increase the disk capacity.

  • A disk space shortage may have caused the service stoppage.

  • The service may have stopped due to a shortage of disk space. Execute the jpctool service list command to check the status of services. If the stopped service is the Master Store service or the Agent Store service, the database might be damaged. Restore the database from the backup data or re-create the database, and then restart the Master Store or Agent Store service.

  • When a realtime report, a historical report, or an event history is displayed, and this message is output by the Agent Collector service, the Agent Store service, or the Master Store service, there might not be enough free space on the disk containing the directory to which the temporary file is to be output.
