KAVE00104-E

Memory is insufficient. (size=allocation-size)

Memory allocation failed due to a memory shortage.

(S)

Suspends processing.

(O)

Close applications that are not being used currently, or increase the memory size. A memory shortage may have caused the service stoppage. Execute the jpctool service list command to check the status of services. If the Master Store or Agent Store service has stopped, the database may have been corrupted. Restore the database from the backup data or re-create the database, and then restart the Master Store or Agent Store service.

If this message is output for the View Server service, the cause of the problem might be due to the available memory size for the View Server service. Enable the report cache filing function or extend the maximum memory size that can be used by the View Server service. For details on how to increase the memory size, see the chapter on troubleshooting in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide.
