Format

jpcwras      directory-name

Function

The jpcwras command collects data about PFM - Web Console. Use this command if a problem occurs during PFM - Web Console execution. The data collected by using this command is stored in the specified directory.

When a problem occurs, there is other information that is needed, in addition to the information collected by this command. For details on the information to be collected when a problem occurs, see the chapter on troubleshooting in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide.

User with root user permissions

Arguments

directory-name

Specifies the name of the directory in which the collected information is to be stored.

For directory-name, you can specify alphanumeric characters, the space character, and the following symbols:

: / \

To include a space character, enclose it in double quotation marks ("). If you do not use double quotation marks, the system assumes the characters preceding to the space character indicate a directory.

When you specify any of the following symbols, enclose it in double quotation marks (") so that it will not be analyzed in Command Prompt.

Do not specify in this option a directory name for a removable medium, such as a floppy disk.

The command ended normally.

The command line format is invalid.

The user does not have execution permission for the command.

A write error occurred.

The destination directory for output is not empty.

A memory shortage occurred.

An unexpected error occurred.

Usage example

This example collects all information and stores it in the c:\tmp\jpcwras folder:
