1.7.9 Automatic Bind Settings window

You can set auto alarm bind for alarm tables from this window. In the Alarms window, select Automatic Bind Settings. You are brought to the Automatic Bind Settings window.

The following figure shows the Automatic Bind Settings window.

The following describes the displayed items:

Cancel button

Use this button to cancel the current operation and clear the information frame.

Next > button

Use this button to confirm the setting. You are brought to the Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Changes window that allows you to confirm the setting that you have specified.

The Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Changes window displays a list of alarm tables and business groups for which to edit the auto alarm bind setting.

Review the information displayed in the Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Changes window, and then click the Execute button. You are brought to the Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Results window that shows the setting that you have specified.

Clicking the < Back button in the Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Changes window brings you back to the Automatic Bind Settings window.

Clicking the Cancel button in the Automatic Bind Settings > Confirm Changes window cancels the current operation and clears the information frame.

Set a Limit on Business Groups check box

If you want to select specific business groups for which you want to set auto alarm bind, select this check box. If you select this check box, the items described below are displayed, which allow you to select business groups.

This item is not displayed when the business group function is disabled.

If you select or clear this check box after the selected status of the alarm tables display area has been modified, a confirmation dialog box appears, asking for confirmation to discard the edited information. If you click the OK button, the check box status changes, and the selected status of the alarm tables display area is reset to the default state.

Business Groups (Not Selected)

A list of business groups not selected as the targets to which to apply the auto alarm bind setting is displayed under this item. If there are any business groups displayed here that you want to select as the targets to which to apply the auto alarm bind setting, select each one of them and then use the move button ([Figure] / [Figure]) to move it to Business Groups (Selected).

Business Groups (Selected)

A list of business groups selected as the targets to which to apply the auto alarm bind setting is displayed under this item. If there are any business groups displayed here that you want to exclude from this list, select each one of them and then use the move button ([Figure] / [Figure]) to move it to Business Groups (Not Selected).

Move buttons ([Figure] / [Figure] / [Figure] / [Figure])

Use these buttons to move displayed business groups between Business Groups (Not Selected) and Business Groups (Selected). With the move button [Figure], you can move a business group from Business Groups (Not Selected) to Business Groups (Selected). With the move button [Figure], you can move a business group from Business Groups (Selected) to Business Groups (Not Selected).

In addition, with the move button [Figure], you can move all business groups from Business Groups (Not Selected) to Business Groups (Selected), and with the move button [Figure], you can move all business groups from Business Groups (Selected) to Business Groups (Not Selected).

Filter the displayed alarm tables

Click this item if you want to filter the alarm tables to be automatically bound to agents. If you click this item, the following items appear, which allow you to filter alarm tables:

Text box

Use this text box to filter alarm tables by keywords.

Specify a character string of 1 to 1,024 characters to filter the alarm tables that will be displayed. To perform a multi-keyword AND or OR search, delimit keywords by using a single-byte space, a two-byte space, or a tab. A delimiter is counted as one word. The maximum number of words that can be entered as filtering keywords is 100.

Filter button

Filters alarm tables by using the string specified in the text box.

Clear button

Clears the filtering status and the filtering condition.

AND

Select this option button to perform an AND search.

OR

Select this option button to perform an OR search.

Show User Alarms Only

Select this check box to view the alarm table created by the user.

Alarm tables area

This area displays a list of alarm tables. The list is displayed in tree format, in the following order:

  • Products

  • Alarm tables

  • Business groups#

    # Business groups are displayed only when the business group function is enabled.

If you click [Figure], the tree expands. If you click [Figure], the tree collapses.

From products and alarm tables in the tree, select the alarm tables to be automatically bound to agents.

Select All button

Clicking this button selects all the alarm tables displayed in the list.

UnSelect All button

Clicking this button deselects all the alarm tables displayed in the list.

Check boxes ([Figure] / [Figure] / [Figure])

These check boxes show whether auto alarm bind is applied to the alarm tables in the list, or whether these alarm tables are selected as the targets for auto alarm bind. [Figure] indicates that auto alarm bind is applied to all the lower-level items in the tree, or that all the lower-level items in the tree are selected as the targets for auto alarm bind. [Figure] indicates that auto alarm bind is applied to some of the lower-level items in the tree, or that some of the lower-level items in the tree are selected as the targets for auto alarm bind. [Figure] indicates that auto alarm bind is applied to none of the lower-level items in the tree, or that none of the lower-level items in the tree are selected as the targets for auto alarm bind.
