The display magnification for the graphs is the magnification selected in the Print Reports window.

If you display multiple Print Reports window and then perform one of the following actions for an old Print Reports window, a KAVJS4012-E message indicating expiration of the cache might appear:

  • Save the Print Reports window.

  • Print the Print Reports window.

  • Reload the Print Reports window by using the Web browser update function.

If the message appears, close the Print Reports window and then redisplay the print window from the parent report.

Note 3:

When the report series paging functionality is enabled, the page displayed in the View Report window is displayed in the Print Reports window. To include all fields in a single HTML file, disable the report series paging functionality. For details about the report series paging functionality, see the chapter that explains installation and setup of Performance Management in the JP1/Performance Management Planning and Configuration Guide.

Note 4:

If the number of lines in the report to be displayed as the table data in the Print Reports window exceeds the specified value, a message indicating that output of the table data has stopped is displayed. Then, only the data up to and including the specified value is displayed. If you want to increase the number of lines that can be output, edit the value for printTableMaxRowSize in the initialization file (config.xml).
