H. Outputting Action Log Data
Action log data is history information output in cooperation with the alarm function, when an aspect of the system such as the system load exceeds a threshold.
For example, when an alarm is generated in response to a threshold being exceeded in the system, information about which service generated the alarm, and at what time, is output to the action log.
Action log data can be output in version 08-11 or later of PFM - Manager or PFM - Base. The action log is a text file in CSV format. The information in the action log can be used for operation analysis by saving the file periodically and processing it using spreadsheet software.
Action log data can be output by enabling a setting in the jpccomm.ini file. The following describes the content output in action logs, and how to configure Performance Management to output action logs.
