Set the number of file descriptors able to be opened by a single process.
If an instance of PFM - Agent or PFM - RM that uses version 2.0 of the Store database is present on the same host as PFM - Base, set whichever is larger, this value or the number of files opened by the Store service.

The maximum number of commands that can be executed concurrently.
For example, in a system where several agents execute the jpctool db backup -direct command concurrently, this value is the number of concurrently executed commands.
