The preview screen cannot be displayed because a temporary file cannot be created.
When the preview screen is displayed, a temporary file is created in the JP1/SS-path\log folder. This message appears if the preview screen cannot be displayed because the disk capacity is insufficient or because the required access permissions are not assigned.
