Resources (shared disk, logical IP address, and logical host name) might not have been assigned to the host on which the command was executed. Check the resources on the host on which the command was executed. If the resources are not assigned, assign them, and then re-execute the command.

For other cases:

Correct the values specified in the setup information file, and then execute the setup command.
