If the subject or text of the email is too long, shorten the subject or text and then send the email. If the message ID of the email is too long, check and, if necessary, revise the settings of the specification key (hptl_jp1_imss_mail_messageid_maxlen) in the Email definition file (jp1imss_mail_setting.conf).
