The probable causes are as follows:

The amount of free space is insufficient on the drive specified for the directory where the extension domain of the Item storage database or the Item storage database is to be created.

You do not have permissions to access the directory where the Item storage database or extension domain of the Item storage database is to be created.

A network drive is specified as the directory where the extension domain of the Item storage database is to be created.

A UNC path is specified for the directory where the extension domain of the Item storage database is to be created.
If any of the above conditions exist, correct the cause of the error, and then re-execute the command. If none of the above cases apply, collect the data, and then contact the system administrator.
