This message appears if the file size exceeded the maximum size that can be saved during attached file output processing or if the name of the file attached to the email is too long.

Reduce the size of the attached file, and then resend the email. Revise the maximum file size that can be saved. Make sure that the name of the file attached to the email contains not more than 100 characters.
