Cancels command processing.

Use the jssdelrec command to delete any Items waiting to be deleted from the process work board, and then re-execute the command.
If no Items are waiting to be deleted, delete unnecessary Items from the window and then use the jssdelrec command to delete them from the database. Then re-execute the command.
