Check and, if necessary, correct the startup status of the JP1/Service Support database and the connection status of the network so that command execution is possible.

Make sure that the jssdbbackup.bat, jssdbrecovery.bat, jssdbrorg.bat, and jssdbreclaim.bat commands are not executed concurrently, and then retry the operation. If the error occurs again, use the data collection tool to collect data and contact the system administrator.
