Description
This file defines the size of the files (jp1imssmain_infonumber.log) for main-service logs that execution logs will be output to when operating windows and reading definition files. It also defines the number of log files. Users can access these files.
The output destination of the file (jp1imssmain_infonumber.log) for main-service logs made public to users is as follows:

You can use the model file to reset the contents of the settings file for main-service logs made public to users. To do so, delete the existing settings file, then copy and rename the model file.

The mmap folder is created in the output destination folder (JP1/SS-path\log\public\) of the file for main-service logs made public to users. When you change the size of the log file and the number of log files after you start operations, delete this mmap folder. If you do not delete this folder, the change will not be enabled.

The settings file for main-service logs made public to users (hptl_jp1_imss_main_log.properties) must be created or edited with a character encoding that is compatible with the system locale of the machine on which JP1/Service Support is installed. You can use one of the following character encodings:
