4.4 Linkage with JP1/UCMDB

By using linkage with JP1/UCMDB, you can open a JP1/UCMDB window from a JP1/Service Support window to view hardware information managed in JP1/UCMDB.

The following figure shows an overview of linkage with JP1/UCMDB.

In the View Item window of JP1/Service Support, if you click a link displayed in the Hardware information field, JP1/UCMDB opens the Device Details dialog box for the link target.
