3.15 Status management

The Item statuses used in JP1/Service Support can be customized in accordance with the users' operational requirements. You can customize statuses in the following ways:

• Selecting the statuses to be used

• Changing the status display order

• Changing the names of statuses

• Limiting available statuses

• Prohibiting escalation
