However, the command is not executed if this message is output via the first execution after a restart caused by a physical disconnection, such as the power being cut for host host-name.

This message might be output for a host whose formal name cannot be resolved by the host indicated in host-name, where host-name indicates the host name at the level defined in the configuration definition.
Check the registration of the host-name host in the hosts file and in DNS, and check the configuration definition.
Re-execute the command if this message is output via the first execution after a restart caused by a physical disconnection, such as the power being cut for host host-name.
If none of the above conditions apply, make sure there are no problems with the communication environment, and then check various items, such as the system logs and the communication device logs.
