The event log trap service cannot start because of an invalid setting in the action definition file.

Stops the event log trap service.

(O)

Correct the invalid setting, and then re-execute the event log trap service.

If the action definition file was created using Unicode, this message might appear. Re-create the action definition file by using the language specified in the Language for non-Unicode programs section on the Administrative page in the dialog box that is opened by double-clicking Region and Language in the Windows Control Panel. Then, restart the event log trapping service.
