Stops the event log trap service.

(O)

Make sure that sufficient system resources and available memory are allocated.

If the system resources and memory are insufficient, remove the cause of the error, and then restart the event log trap service.

If the problem is not solved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact the system administrator.
