Rejects linkage to the directory server, and waits for the next linkage request.

Make sure that:

• The specified user name and password are correct.

• The identification name specified in the common definition is correct.

• The status of the user account on the directory server is correct.

• Make sure that the account is valid.

• Make sure that the account has not expired.

• Make sure that the account is not locked out.

• Make sure that the password has not expired.

• Make sure that the User must change password at next login setting is not specified for the user.
