Check the event log (in Windows) or syslog (in UNIX) to see whether there is any other error message regarding the event service.
If there is another error message, this message is caused by that error message. Take action according to the other error message. If the KAJP1056-E message has been output, see the corrective action shown in this message.
If there is no other error message, contact the system administrator.
