If the following detailed information is displayed, take the indicated corrective action.

• There is no access permission.

  Check the access permission for the specified path.

• JP1CONFIG_TMPDIR cannot be obtained from the registry.

  The common definition information is not configured. Make sure that the configuration is correct.

  If operating in a cluster environment, and if the command is executed with the -h option, make sure that the logical host name is correct.

  Also make sure that the logical host name set in the JP1_HOSTNAME environment variable is correct.

• The path specified in JP1CONFIG_TMPDIR does not exist.

  Make sure that the tmp directory exists. Also make sure that there is read and write permission for the specified path.

  If operating in a cluster environment, check the following items:

  • Does the defined log directory exist?

  • Is the common disk mounted?

  • Is there read and write permission for the specified path?

  • If the command is executed with the -h option, was the command issued from the primary host?

• The length of the Temp directory path exceeded the maximum value.

  The file name specified by jcfmkcsdata exceeds the range allowed by the OS.

  Shorten the file name, and then re-execute the command.

In addition, if the detailed information above is displayed, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
