• Can the monitored host name be resolved?

• Is the monitored host running?

• Is IM Configuration Management running on the site manager?

• Are the firewall settings on the monitored host correct?

• Is there any problem with the network connection for the monitored host?

• If the communication encryption function is enabled on the base manager host, have root certificates been set on the higher manager host?
