Stops the correlation event generation function of Event Base Service because generation processing cannot continue.

Make sure that there is sufficient memory. If there is not enough memory, allocate sufficient memory.
If the cause is other than insufficient memory, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
