Continues processing using the default port number.

O:

Make sure that the port number of the service name that could not be acquired is not being used by another service.

If the port number is duplicated, specify a unique port number.

Also check the OS settings and log to make sure that the network is available.

If the cause is other than the above, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
