• Make sure the output-destination folder or directory exists.

• Make sure the output-destination folder or directory does not contain a folder or directory of the same name as the output file.

• Make sure you have the necessary permissions to read from and write to the output-destination folder or directory. If you do not have the necessary permissions, set up read and write permissions for the output-destination folder or directory.

• Make sure you have the necessary permissions to write to the output file. If you do not have the necessary permissions, set up write permissions for the output file.
