Aborts counting of managed nodes for the manager host for which information about the remote monitoring configuration could not be acquired, and then continues processing.

O:

Check the items below, and then re-execute the command.

If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• If this message appears during counting of managed nodes for a logical host, make sure that the shared disk can be accessed.

• Check the following OS logs to make sure that there are sufficient OS resources such as file descriptors:

  • In Windows: Windows event log

  • In UNIX: System log (syslog)

• If an application that locks files (such as virus check software) is running, this message might appear due to a contention with that application. Stop the application that locks files, and then retry the operation.
