A private key specified for a parameter of the communication encryption function for Central Scope Service could not be read.

S:

Terminates Central Scope Service.

O:

Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.

• Check whether the server certificate and private key are paired. If not, put a paired private key and server certificate in place.

• Check for problems with the format of the private key file.

• If a pass phrase has been set for the private key, cancel the pass phrase.

• Check the appropriate OS log listed in the following to determine if a shortage has occurred in an OS resource such as file descriptors.

  • In UNIX: System log (syslog)
