Terminates Central Scope Service.

Check the following, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

Check for problems with the format of the file at the path specified by the parameter.

Check the OS logs listed below to see if a shortage has occurred in an OS resource such as file descriptors. If the problem cannot be resolved, use the data collection tool to collect data, and then contact a system administrator.
