An attempt to create the event acquisition filter failed.

S:

Terminates processing.

O:

The definition file may be corrupted.

1. If the event acquisition filter definition file is backed up, restore the file, and then restart JP1/IM - Manager.

2. If the event acquisition filter definition file is not backed up, use the following procedure to restore the event acquisition filter (the filter that acquires events other than JP1/SES events) to initial status. Then start JP1/IM - Manager, and reconfigure the definition of the event acquisition filter.

   To restore the event acquisition filter to initial status:

   In Windows:

   cd Console-path\conf\console\filter

   copy Console-path\conf\console\filter\receive_filter.conf.model Console-path\conf\console\filter\receive_filter.conf

   In UNIX:

   cd /etc/opt/jp1cons/conf/console/filter

   cp -p /etc/opt/jp1cons/conf/console/filter/receive_filter.conf.model /etc/opt/jp1cons/conf/console/filter/receive_filter.conf
