Check the integrated trace log to see if a KAVB4780-E, KAVB8605-E, KAVB8606-E, or KAVB8607-E message was output. If a message was output, take the corrective action given for that message.
If no message was output, collect JP1/Base and JP1/IM data on the host where Event Base Service stopped abnormally, and then contact a system administrator.
