An error occurred during the collection of events from the integrated monitoring database. The range of events to be collected at login will be disabled, and the Event Console will appear.
Events cannot be acquired from the integrated monitoring database because a connection cannot be established with the IM database service.

Invalidates the range of events to be collected at login, and then displays the window.

Check whether the IM database service is running. If the IM database service is not running, start it.
After checking the above items, restart JP1/IM - View. If the problem persists, contact a system administrator.
