The start position for event collection at login could not be obtained. The possible causes are as follows:

• A communication error occurred between JP1/IM - View and JP1/IM - Manager.

• A connection cannot be established with the IM database service.

S:

Invalidates the range of events to be collected at login, and then displays the window.

O:

Check the following:

• Check the integrated trace log to see if a JP1/IM - View error message was output before this message. If an error message was output, take the corrective action given for that message.

• Check whether the IM database service is running. If the IM database service is not running, start it.

• If you are using the communication encryption function, check its settings for errors.

After checking the above items, restart JP1/IM - View. If the problem persists, contact a system administrator.
