Determine whether Event Service is running.
If Event Service is not running, start Event Service, and then start the manager to recover from the error.
If this message appears in the Search Events page of the Event Console window after event search is executed, confirm that the search host name is correct.
Make sure that the address of the connecting host name and search host name can be resolved on the manager.
