O:

• Check the contents of the selected event, the position in the scroll buffer, and whether Event Service is running. Also, make sure that the selected event is on the event database.

• If you are using an integrated monitoring database, determine whether any of the following messages is displayed in the integrated trace log of the manager. If a message is output, take the corrective action given for that message.
